Packaging Details:
1.According to orders,pack the spare parts one by one by oil paper;
2.Put them into small carton boxes one by one;
3.Put the packed small carton boxes into bigger carton boxes one by one;
4.Put the bigger carton boxes into wooden boxes if necessary especially for the shipments by sea.
5. Goods is packed by oil paper and plastic bags inside

Q1: How can I get a quote/price?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after your inquiry received. If urgent,
please call us or tell us in your email.
Q2: What about the lead time for mass production?
A: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you order. Generally we suggest staring
inquiring two month before you’d like to get the product.
Q3: What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW and FOB
Q4: What’s your payment method?
A: GZB accept payment of Bank transfer, Western Union and Credit Card ect.
Q5. How are you going to ship my order?
A: We will arrange the shipment by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and EMS usually.
Q6. How long will you delivery my order to me?
A: The delivery for US normally is about 3-5 days, while 3-7 days will be needed for other countries.
Yet, EMS will take a few more days.
Q7. Do I need to pay custom duties?
A: The price doesn’t include importing fees such as customs duties. So, you need to pay them
according to your regulation, and GZB will try the best to assist when needed. Any special requirements
